will be hosting the “Old School” training seminar on Saturday, June 2nd
from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Total Performance Sports Gym (11 Victoria
Street), in Everrett.
Elite
Fitness team members Dave Tate, Jim Wendler and Marc Bartley will lead the
hands-on seminar, bringing their lifetime of knowledge to teach Force Training
fundamentals of squat, bench, deadlift and accessory work.
